Tenant Finder Fee - 60% inc.vat of the first months rent.

Management Fees from 9.6% inc. vat up to 12% inc. vat.

Basic Inventory Fee Unfurnished property - £30 inc. vat. Furnished property £60 inc. vat. Deposit Registration Fee: £30 inc. vat. Additional property visits: £60 inc.vat.
